Amazing traditional and renovated house in Ibiza with all comforts and benefits that you need about style and quality, not far from Ibiza center. It is also few kilometers away from several beaches like Talamanca, Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia. It is built in the center of a large fenced land with paved road to the farm gate.
At the entrance you can find a great hall with character, a beautiful wall with night lighting, which gives access to one bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. Next there is a large room with TV and nice fireplace, center island kitchen, exit to the out garden, porch and an area with sofas and tables.
From the living room there is access by stairs to the up floor: two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and second bedroom (the master one) with bath-tub and fireplace inside the room, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a beautiful terrace with fantastic countryside views.
All rooms have air conditioning, except the downstairs bedroom.
There is a nice private swimming pool (8×4 meters) with several distinct areas with sun beds, chill-out area and barbecue, outside shower and nice garden with fruit trees.
