This lovely villa in Ibiza for 8 people is located in one of the best areas of the island, in the elegant residential area of ​​Can Furnet, very close to the town and not far from beaches like Las Salinas, Es Cavallet and Talamanca.
The modern house has 4 floors, it’s very bright with large windows and has a beautiful views of the city of Ibiza.
The main level consists of a kitchen and large living room with TV. From the living room leads to a spacious terrace.
The terrace has a spiral staircase going to the upper level.
Upstairs: master bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and terrace.
Ground floor: two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (1 in suite). There is access to the swimming pool area from this floor.
Lower level: there is a separate bungalow with double bed with bathroom with shower.
In the poll area there is a barbecue with dining table with chairs and hammocks to relax and enjoy the relax.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (room only) and no heating and satellite TV + DVD in the living room and three bedrooms.
