The balance of the holiday can be paid in two ways, depending on the type of flat chosen: in cash on delivery of the keys or by bank transfer at least 15 days before departure.
Before the deposit is paid, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the code of his booking, all the details of the chosen quote and the details for making the deposit payment; within 48 hours of receiving the credit, our administrative office will send the travel document (booking confirmation) containing all the details of the property booked to the customer’s email.
On the island we have a dedicated staff member who is responsible for welcoming guests from the moment they arrive at the flat and throughout their stay. Approximately 48 hours prior to departure, the name and mobile phone number of the check-in operator will be communicated; the operator will be waiting for guests at the building where the booked flat is located.
We require a security deposit to guarantee the flat.You can pay this amount by cash card, credit card, debit card or PostePay, not in cash. The full amount will be returned after a thorough check-out if no damage is found or extra cleaning is needed. Normally, cancellation times are no longer than 3 to 4 working days.
Yes, for all accommodations that do not have a reception, an extra fee of 30 euro is required for handing over the keys between 9pm and midnight and 50 euro after midnight.

No mid-week cleaning service is included, unless expressly agreed with the guest during the quotation phase. The mid-week service is to be considered as an extra.
In all our flats we offer bed linen and towels for all our guests. Beach towels are not provided in the apartments.
All flats are equipped with a full kitchen and all necessary utensils: pots and pans, a set of plates and cutlery, glasses, a mocha or coffee machine.
In all our flats we offer a small welcome set with shampoo, shower foam and toilet paper for the first 24 hours. All flats also have a hairdryer.
Normally 2 sets of keys are handed out and must be returned at check-out. In the event of loss, a fee of between 50 and 100 euros will be charged for changing the locks; this varies depending on the flat chosen.

Non tutti i nostri appartamenti purtroppo dispongono di parcheggi privati gratuiti. I nostri assistenti potranno indirizzarvi a seconda dell’appartamento scelto presso parcheggi pubblici gratuiti o a pagamento, nel caso non fosse disponibile uno stazionamento privato.
In caso di necessità o urgenze, il nostro personale presente sull’isola è sempre reperibile, 24 ore su 24.
