Luxury villa in Ibiza surrounded by trees, located in San Jose area, 7 km from the beautiful Cala Jondal. The property has all amenities and it a fantastic sea view.
The villa is composed of two levels:.
On the ground floor we have a nice living and dining room with TV and equipped kitchen with double fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven. There are two bedrooms too, the first one with double bed and bathroom in suite, the second with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower in suite.
Upstairs there are other four bedrooms, one with double bed (2×2 m)and others three with single beds each.
Outside there is a large furnished porch, barbecue, gardened zone, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
The house also has a separate apartment with two rooms for staff (not included in the price) that share a bathroom with shower. There is also a dining room with opened kitchen.
The whole house has free internet wi-fi connection, air conditioning and a safe for each room.
