This villa is perfect to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. It’s completely fenced and situated close to San Josè and to several beach in the south western area of Ibiza island. The house is composed of a large living room with complete kitchen, terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and sun umbrella. A corridor leads to the first bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath, then there are two double bedrooms, one of them with a small en suite bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. In the garden there is a pool of 8 x 4,5 meters surrounded by trees.
