The cheaper apartments situated in the central area of Ibiza Town are in Figueretas beach, studio flat for 2 people, one bedroom apartment for three or four people and two bedrooms apartments for larger groups of five or six people. This kind of property called BASIC is composed of an essential structure, without air conditioning and swimming pool, but furnished with everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay on the island of Ibiza saving money.

This area of Ibiza is between Bossa beach and the touristic port (center), both are in walking distance and about only 1,5 Km far.

In the port area and in the next one of Marina Botafoch are available different types of apartments with a capacity from two to eight people, the level is medium-high and the apartments are all well finished, with air conditioning and common swimming pool. The nearest beach is Talamanca beach on walking distance (about 700 meters).

In the famous Bossa beach we have cheap and luxury apartments with a capacity from two until ten people. Some apartments are on first line sea, very close to Ushuaia Beach Club, Space and Bora Bora (more famous clubs of the island of Ibiza), while other apartments are on the main road, about 150 meters far from the beach.
